Pricing - OrchestraCMS Licensing

Just like Salesforce you want to limit your users to specific roles when creating, editing and publishing web pages and content. With OrchestraCMS licenses you can set permissions for each of your users and manage their access to OrchestraCMS and your websites.

OrchestraCMS System Administrator -- $149.00 USD per user / per month

This licence includes all OrchestraCMS functionality turned on by default and cannot be modified. This licenses would typically be given to your Salesforce Administrator or someone in your organization with considerable Administrator privileges.

OrchestraCMS Site Administrator -- $129.00 USD per user / per month

This licence includes all OrchestraCMS functionality and the ability to administer sites in multiple Salesforce organizations. This person has access to OrchestraCMS Setup and the ability to set permissions of other users, assign profiles and associate licenses to specific users.The OrchestraCMS System Administrator can disable some of this license's Setup permissions.

OrchestraCMS Editor -- $49.00 USD per user / per month

This license would be ideally assigned to an OrchestraCMS user who creates pages, menus and content but does not publish until approved by someone else. The OrchestraCMS Site Administrator can allow or limit permissions this user has. This user would have no access to OrchestraCMS Setup.

OrchestraCMS Publisher -- $9.00 USD per user / per month

This license is limited to preview and publish pages, menus and content that have been submitted by the OrchestraCMS Editor. The Site Administrator can allow or limit permissions available to this user.
