The following Standard Training offerings are available to be delivered in the following formats
- Web-based, live instructor led sessions. Sessions delivered this way are recorded and made available for playback.
- Onsite delivery of the course with one of Stantive's instructors.
- Self study workbooks with access to a Stantive instructor via email for questions.
OrchestraCMS Standard Training
This course addresses mastery of the basic features and functions of creating, managing and publishing content in OrchestraCMS. There are no prerequisites for this course but it is recommended that an OrchestraCMS overview demonstration has been received in advance of taking the course.
This course is intended for customer resources who are responsible for the management of Salesforce and the OrchestraCMS application. Topics address the installation, configuration and regular administration of the OrchestraCMS application including Salesforce administration tasks related to OrchestraCMS. Pre-requisites are: experience managing websites or portals; Salesforce administration experience; completion of OrchestraCMS 101 course.
This course is intended to introduce the fundamentals of web solution development on the OrchestraCMS platform. Topics address the development of custom content and page templates as well as key foundational concepts that ensure successful web solution development projects. Pre-requisites are: experience with web-development concepts and tools; experience with Force.com and Apex development; completion of OrchestraCMS-101 course.
This course is intended for customers who have purchased Stantive’s OrchestraPRM solution. Anyone responsible for the management of Salesforce and the content of the PRM Community would benefit from topics covered during this training. We will address how to customize your community, author content, personalize content, register new partners, process deals, process fund requests, administer channel plans, and manage events within the context of OrchestraPRM. In order for course participants to get the full benefit, knowledge of Salesforce Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Campaigns and Cases is required.
This course is intended for customers who have purchased the OrchestraPRM solution. This course includes Salesforce administration tasks to be completed for OrchestraPRM.
